When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

To have contributed to bringing the wide and varied world of beer to the general public, making them aware of its origins and allowing them to travel around the world through this ancestral fermented beverage, a faithful reflection of the different cultures and societies that have been brewing it for centuries.
To have established new friendships with people we would probably never have met if Birra y Paz had not existed.

What is the history of your commerce?

It was founded in 2013 by Mª Paz and Miguel, two crazy people who are passionate about the world of beer and all its history.

What is your professional experience?

My previous professional career was not linked to the world of beer, I was, so to speak, an "amateur".

How has covid 19 affected your business?

It has had a major impact, especially during the months of absolute confinement, when we had to close the shutters and bear all the operating costs without any major aid.

What services and products does your business provide?

Beer sales, mainly retail and for bars/restaurants that wish to incorporate a varied beer menu but do not know where to start.
We also have a small selection of wines from small wineries and some spirits, all from small producers.
