Maintaining the tradition of making Iberian hams and sausages generation after generation since 1930.

Madrid was the big city where our ancestors began to sell the hams and sausages brought from La Alberca-Salamanca and today it is the city where we have 3 shops and a warehouse, making it the main city for us. Aluche started out as a small warehouse and a shop and has become the shop that sells the most hams and sausages, with customers coming from all over the community.

I am an advertising professional by training and experience. I have worked in advertising for many years, but the family business that produced hams and sausages since my grandparents, whom I never got to know, attracted me so much that I gave up my professional career and embarked on the adventure of becoming a ham maker.
Like everyone else, a lot, fortunately we are still open, working and with more enthusiasm and desire if possible. It has been hard to be open for a year but with hardly any customers, with fewer sales but we do not know how to do anything else and we have resisted and will resist and above all we will overcome this pandemic.
Iberian hams, loins, chorizos, salchichones, cheeses, gourmet products, ... we cut hams with a knife, we vacuum pack them, we do ham cutting services for events, weddings, celebrations, we make gift baskets, Christmas baskets, ...
