We have been open to the public for 6 years in the centre of Madrid trying to bring ham and sausages to all of Madrid and to all visitors to the centre. After a very hard year of pandemic we are still open with all our desire and enthusiasm and very grateful to the customers who visit us every day and make us not throw in the towel.

We have always been dedicated to the production and marketing of Iberian hams and sausages. But we always wanted to be able to offer them for tasting and that the customer, as well as tasting them at home, could also taste them in situ and thus be able to experience how much and how our product, which we have been producing since 1930, was liked.

I am an advertising professional by training and experience. I have worked in advertising for many years, but the family business that produced hams and sausages since my grandparents, whom I never got to know, attracted me so much that I gave up my professional career and embarked on the adventure of becoming a ham maker.
Like everyone else, a lot, fortunately we are still open, working and with more enthusiasm and desire if possible. It has been hard to be open for a year but with hardly any customers, with fewer sales but we do not know how to do anything else and we have resisted and will resist and above all we will overcome this pandemic.
Iberian hams, loins, chorizos, salchichones, cheeses, gourmet products, wines, beer... we have a terrace and tables inside. We cut hams with a knife, we vacuum pack them, we do ham cutting services for events, weddings, celebrations, we make gift baskets, Christmas baskets, ...
