Interview to the commerce

When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

To give wine the importance it deserves, to disseminate its culture and promote its consumption.
Wine is the main offer of the premises as there is no tap for beer, spirits, coffees, infusions or soft drinks.
Also to be able to connect the producer with the final customer so that each glass served is accompanied by its respective explanation and inspires respect and admiration for such wonderful work.
And finally, to have a product cuisine made without artifice, rich and easy to share, beyond the cheeses and cold meats of other similar places.

What is the history of your commerce?

In 2008 the shop at Calle Doctor Fourquet 30 was opened. It only works as a wine shop.
At that time we offer Spanish, French, Italian wines...
A year later we started importing wines directly from the winery. After that, we continued with distribution to the hotel and catering business.
In 2015 we moved to the premises at 91 Amparo Street, a wine tavern with food and a shop.
Finally in 2019 we opened another shop in Miguel Servet street 9, near the bar in Amparo street.
