To think that we have maintained the tradition of producing Iberian hams and sausages generation after generation since 1930.

Our shop located in La Latina, in Cava Baja street, opened its doors in 2009, but the founder and creator of the company used to come from La Alberca to Madrid and stayed in this street to sell the hams and sausages that he and his family made in the mountains of Salamanca. All the trades in the neighbourhood, carpenters, shoemakers, charcoal burners, ... bought and tasted the typical La Alberca sausages that Adrián Becerro was proud to sell.

I am an advertising professional by training and experience. I have worked in advertising for many years, but the family business that produced hams and sausages since my grandparents, whom I never got to know, attracted me so much that I gave up my professional career and embarked on the adventure of becoming a ham maker.
Like everyone else, a lot, fortunately we are still open, working and with more enthusiasm and desire if possible. It has been hard to be open for a year but with hardly any customers, with fewer sales but we do not know how to do anything else and we have resisted and will resist and above all we will overcome this epidemic.
Iberian hams, loins, chorizos, salchichones, cheeses, gourmet products, ... we cut hams with a knife, we vacuum pack them, we do ham cutting services for events, weddings, celebrations, we make gift baskets, Christmas baskets, ...
