When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

From our relationship with our customers and the satisfaction it is to advise them and share experiences with them, we love to hear their positive and pleasant comments which is something that always fills us with enthusiasm and strength to move forward. It is also wonderful to see our small clients grow year by year.

What is the history of your commerce?

Serendipia was born as its meaning indicates as a discovery or a lucky find, by chance we found a small shop in a wonderful area of Madrid in the district of Chamberi, it seemed to us the perfect place to start our dream and project of opening a small childrens fashion shop where close attention, advice and selection of garments would be the basis of our project. We opened in September 2017 and we hope to continue sharing good moments with our customers and neighbourhood for a long time.

What is your professional experience?

My professional experience prior to opening SERENDIPIA Kids and Baby comes from a very different world, for many years I was a professional sportswoman dedicated to volleyball for about 20 years, being a player in different clubs in Spain, Switzerland and Italy where I won two European Cups, Spanish Leagues and Queens Cups as well as being a member for many years of the Spanish volleyball team. I have always been passionate about fashion and after retiring and having my son and spending some time with him I decided it was time to start a new personal and professional project.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

Covid kept us closed for two months, during which time we had our little shop closed, in addition to the limitations of travel have influenced many of our customers have not been able to come physically but have continued to support us by buying through Instagram and facebook where we always advise them with purchases and give a very personalised service.

We are a multi-brand childrens and baby fashion shop in the heart of Chamberi, MADRID, where you will find the most beautiful clothes, gifts, footwear and accessories for the little ones of the house from 0 to 12 years with a close and personalized service and where you will also have the best and most innovative brands on the market such as Mi Canesu, Louise Misha, Piupiuchick, Birinitpetit, Tocotovintage, Donsje Amsterdam, Mia and lia, Chocolate Kids, Petitoh, Tiny cottons. ... and many more... with discounts for large families, we also have an outlet and we ship all over Spain, we are waiting for you...
