We are proud of the high quality of our chocolates, and of being pioneers in Spain in the production of vegan, gluten-free and allergen-free chocolates and sweet products. 100% artisan production, exceptional quality raw materials and a great deal of care and love for our profession define us.

We are confectioners by profession and by family. In 2011 we decided to become the first artisan establishment in Spain specialising in food allergies and intolerances. Since then we have made the first "milk" and white chocolate without allergens in our country, we have been the first to make cakes, pies, handmade chocolates and nougats without milk, eggs, nuts, gluten, etc. Despite our specialisation, the quality of our chocolates is extremely high, which is why they are appreciated by all kinds of public.

I have always been a pastry / chocolate maker. I have experience in famous establishments in Gijón, Barcelona, Mataró, Gimont (France), St Etienne (France) and Stuttgart. We have been self-employed since 2001, when we decided to start our professional adventure to work according to our ideals.
The pandemic has affected us by taking away 90% of our "high street" sales. We have recycled ourselves by starting an intense specialisation in chocolate and a strong online presence which has helped us to have extra income to compensate for the loss of sales in the shop. Finally, we have just moved to new premises in a very good location where we hope to settle down for good.
We make chocolates, chocolates, cakes, pies and pastries without gluten or allergens (egg, milk, nuts, peanuts, etc). We ship all over Spain through our online shop and we attend to the public in our shop in Madrid.
