What is the history of your commerce?

It was founded in December 2017 with a bakery in the Chamberí neighbourhood by the Miragoli brothers, Guido and Alberto.
Three years later (May 2020), the company grows and expands with the opening of a second point of sale in the Mercado de la Paz.
The staff is made up of 15 people.

Cientotreintagrados is defined by the quality of its products, the dedication and humility of its team and the excellent customer service.

In November 2020, it was recognised as the "Best Bread in Madrid 2020" by the prestigious Club Matador.

Currently, the brand continues to develop new projects and is contemplating the opening of new establishments, the launch of new lines of business and the diversification of its products over the coming months.

What is your professional experience?

The Miragoli brothers have extensive experience in the world of catering and gastronomy. Before deciding to launch the Cientotreintagrados project in 2017, they trained and travelled around the world where they trained and worked with renowned chefs.
Some of the cities where they have left their mark are San Francisco, London, Barcelona and Berlin.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

The arrival of Covid 19 represented a turning point in the brands sales strategy. In our case, it represented an opportunity to reinvent ourselves and explore new sales channels, with the adoption of online sales platforms such as Glovo. This decision allowed our business to continue to grow and helped us to build customer loyalty and keep the whole team together.
