Mainly the raw materials we use. For me the most important thing is that our customers can enjoy cakes and sweets that are truly handmade, using selected ingredients without additives or preservatives.
We take care of every detail, to make sure that from the first moment you walk in the door you feel welcome and that you take it home, to a dinner party, as a gift or just for yourself, it has the best presentation and the best flavour.

During the pandemic, I took advantage of the time to create my project from scratch, the dream of having my own bakery where I could offer handmade sweets, with natural ingredients without additives or preservatives.
It was then in March 2021 that I opened the shop and bakery for the first time. To this day, we continue to offer our handmade products in the workshop next to the shop, in full view of everyone.

I'm Fran, a Chilean pastry chef living in Madrid since 2018. Previously I have worked in different countries such as Australia, UK and Chile, learning in restaurants, hotels and pastry shops.
Until I finally decided to become self-employed and set up the bakery I've always dreamed of.
The bakery has been open since March 2021, so for the time being it has not been necessary to close at any time. However, of course this first year has been difficult, especially now that the costs have increased a lot.

We have a shop for collection, deliveries to certain postcodes within Madrid and we also work with Uber eats and Glovo.
