When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

We have been selling exclusively one product for over 40 years. Traditional salted cod.

What is the history of your commerce?

We opened our first shop in calle Goya 89, in Madrid, in 1981.
Since then we have opened a few more branches, such as Marqués de Urquijo 1 and Carmen 20, where we only sell our traditional salted and desalted cod.
Since 2009 we have been part of the San Miguel Market where we complete our range of products with cod tapas cooked in our own workshop.

It was a very difficult time with many complications that we managed to overcome with everyone's efforts.
