At the end of a century of existence, we begin the second with completely renovated facilities, where you can easily contemplate all the trends and technological advances that are developed in this field.
It is not easy to choose the right materials for a home. Not everything goes, customers have the right to be explained what a tile is, what a floor tile is, the grip material and even a mitre; even the smallest details are very important for us, because in the end the customers comfort depends on it, and therefore our name and prestige.
There are large showrooms in Spain where, when a customer enters, he is told to "go and have a look", that "the prices are in each model". We call this system "dispatching", they do not attend to the customer as he deserves. In short; lack of professionalism.

What is the history of your commerce?

PAZ Y CIA. is a benchmark in the world of ceramic distribution in Spain. The company, founded in 1898, is a leader in the distribution of tiles, bathroom furniture and natural stone. PAZ Y CIA. is, on the other hand, a family business that for more than a century has not tried to impose criteria in decoration, but rather defends the need to preserve the artistic language and heritage of ceramics and has managed to create a school of true professionals in the sector: true artists who combine tradition, diversity and technology to create pieces that are surprisingly up to date.

What is your professional experience?

More than 30 years dedicated to the attention of at least two generations of Madrid, where the pride of whole sagas from grandparents, parents and now children who end up returning because the quality, design, personalized and familiar treatment, makes them feel at home. They know that they will always have the best advice and designs. Always creating spaces with personality suitable for each person, we are not interested in making bathrooms, kitchen etc .... in mass and all the same where nothing is different, put the same models and the same brands.
With us you will be able to touch, feel, combine because you can move all the pieces and the infinity of combinations is assured.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

Except for the months of closure we have tried to remain open to the public and although it is difficult for people to come because of the fear of the works in these moments of uncertainty, we continue to wait for them with open hands.
But the year could have been better, even so, always with positivity and illusion.
