What we are most proud of at Crazy Animal is our approach to pet nutrition. Not only do we offer quality products, but we also take the time to advise each pet owner, understanding the specific needs of each animal. We know that every pet is unique, and that a proper diet can make all the difference to their health and well-being. Helping our customers find the best for their furry companions is one of the most rewarding parts of our work.

What is the history of your commerce?

Crazy Animal was founded on 20 April 2017 as a family project with a clear mission: to improve the well-being of pets. From the outset, we wanted to offer more than just products; we wanted to be a place where pet owners could find everything they needed to care for their companions. We specialise in natural nutrition, but we also offer a wide variety of accessories, toys, and everything related to the animal world. Every decision we make is based on our passion for animals and our commitment to offering the best to those who are part of our family: our pets.

What is your professional experience?

With over 10 years of experience in the sector, at Crazy Animal we specialise in offering natural pet food. Over this time, we have learned to understand the nutritional needs of animals and how good nutrition can transform their health and well-being. Our experience has enabled us to select the best products and provide expert advice to each customer, always with the aim of ensuring that every pet receives what it really needs to live a happy and healthy life.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

COVID-19 was a moment that made us stop and look at things from a different perspective. At CrazyAnimal, we learned a lot about how today's economy works and how important it is to adapt without losing touch with our customers.
That experience led us to rethink the way we work: we began to seek out and collaborate with national animal nutrition companies, supporting local producers who share our values. Thanks to this, we were not only able to offer fairer and more stable prices, but also contribute to the growth of the local economy. In short, a difficult situation gave rise to an opportunity to strengthen ourselves as a team, take better care of our customers and support those who, like us, continue to strive every day to offer the best to pets and their families.

What services and products does your business provide?

At CrazyAnimal, we are dedicated to caring for pets as if they were part of our family. We offer a wide variety of food products — dry food, wet food, BARF diet and natural snacks — lovingly selected so that every furry friend receives the best according to their needs.
We also offer accessories such as harnesses, collars, toys, and hygiene products that make life much easier for pets (and their owners).
In our physical shop as well as our online shop crazyanimal.es, we also offer a dog and cat grooming service, where we treat each animal with patience, respect and lots of love. More than just a shop, we are a place where people who love their pets find trust, warmth and good advice.
