When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

Closeness to our clients. We strive to offer a personalised service so that our patients feel at home. We want glasses to adapt to people and not people to adapt to glasses.

What is the history of your commerce?

18 years of friendship led in 2015 to this adventure, born, like many others in Madrid, over a few beers. The same vision of what it should be to deal professionally with the public pushed us to become entrepreneurs and here we continue.

What is your professional experience?

We are on our way to 25 years as opticians-optometrists in different centres - we could write a book! ;D

How has covid 19 affected your business?

During confinement we strive to meet the needs of our customers by consistently maintaining minimum services.
We have adapted to a new way of working so that people feel safe from the moment they enter the opticians until they leave.

What services and products does your business provide?

We take care of your eyes in a comprehensive way: Vision prescription, adaptation and sale of contact lenses, orthokeratology at night, advice and sale of glasses and sunglasses,...and all accompanied always with a smile.
