When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

We love to see the happy faces of the little ones and not so little ones when they come into our shops and their eyes are drawn to our dolls, prams, cuddly toys... We are proud of the affection our customers show us after so many years together.

We are proud of the affection that our customers show us after so many years together: girls who, when they have become mothers, come back to our shops to buy for their daughters and talk to us about their childhood memories. That moves us!

We can only THANK THEM for allowing us to be part of their lives.

What is the history of your commerce?

Our history began in 1942 on Madrids famous Gran Vía, in the hands of Josefina Sánchez Sierra, a woman ahead of her time.

In Gran Vía we were known as "La Casa de las Muñecas" (The Dolls House) and its impressive window was the emblem of the shop until 2015 when we had to close due to the Rent Law.

In 1980 we opened the first branch in C / Arenal, 20 by the hand of Ángeles Simón, Josefinas daughter-in-law.

In 1991 we opened the second branch in C/ Príncipe de Vergara,12 run by Mª José Eznarriaga, Josefinas granddaughter.

What is your professional experience?

Both Ángeles and Mª José continue with the same enthusiasm as the first day, working every day to be able to transmit their passion for the business.

There have been good times and not so good times, but that has not made their illusions and tenacity grow stronger.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

There is no doubt that this COVID 19 crisis has affected the business.

We have been closed for two and a half months.

We hope that everything will soon be back to normal.

What services and products does your business provide?

We specialise in dolls and soft toys.

Also in educational toys.

In our shop in Arenal we also have gift items.
