When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

I feel that it is a very welcoming shop with original products and details for everyone and for all budgets.

What is the history of your commerce?

I opened the shop in 2008 because I wanted to offer things like greeting cards and gift wrap that you dont see much here in Madrid. I am English and although Madrid is my home, I also missed the typical gift shops full of beautiful stationery, decorative items and unique gifts.

What is your professional experience?

I was a translator and then I worked in an office and thats when I decided that I couldnt stay in an office doing something that didnt really interest me. I decided to start a shop. Best decision of my life!

How has covid 19 affected your business?

I had to close for 2 months, then its been a long road to something similar to what I had before. But its still not the same without the tourism that is still missing.

What services and products does your business provide?

Stationery, greeting cards, gift wrap, notebooks, decoration, jewellery, accessories, gifts for newborns, childrens toys.
