Of the great atmosphere that we generate embroidering.
We tell each other life and life stops.
It is an oasis.

I grew up surrounded by threads, wool, ribbons, in the haberdashery that my mother ran in the small town of Zamora where I grew up. At the age of six, at school, they gave me a thimble and taught me to embroider; What was valued was the responsibility of the duty fulfilled, but I embroidered at will and spend sleepless secretly embroidering–like someone who reads with a flashlight under the blankets– to make gifts for my mother. Sunny afternoons in the street, in those low village chairs, frame in hand, chatting and embroidering with friends, aunts, grandmothers, sisters ...In 2008, when the first of my 3 children was born (900 grams, complications…), being close to her, in silence, without a computer and not being able to draw brought me back to threads. I started embroidering for friends and it was them and my husband who encouraged me to continue.

I studied Fine Arts in Salamanca (first I graduated in painting and then in graphic design) and I have worked for more than a decade in advertising.
In addition to teaching in the workshop every day I collaborate with brands such as Carolina Herrera, LEVIS, AD, Traveler, VOGUE, Hermes, Museo ABC or the Thyssen Museum shop. In my studio, in the Lavapiés district, I work and develop workshops (I try to make them fun and entertaining). I also teach at the Escuela Superior de Diseño (ESD) and the Instituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Madrid and at the University of Salamanca.
We have started strong, people want to meet and talk, and we are here for them..
We sell embroidery and embroidery materials.
Face-to-face and online workshops.
