When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

What started as an adventure with a small online shop specialising in the British brand Rab in 2015, has become over the years the national reference for the brand.

What is the history of your commerce?

Mountain Group was born in 2015 when
two brothers, Armando and Andrés Escudero, outdoor sports enthusiasts, especially mountain sports, decided to create a website specializing in single-brand concept and as main brand the British manufacturer of technical mountain clothing Rab.
Later they decided to open a physical shop in the Rastro of Madrid, specifically in the Ribera de Curtidores, an area known for years for the large number of businesses specializing in the outdoor that welcomes in its street.
Nowadays and after all these years of work, Mountain Group can be considered the reference shop at a national level specialised in Rab.

What is your professional experience?

My professional experience has always been focused on customer service in different commercial sectors, photography, caravanning and currently in the outdoor sector.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

The COVID stage has undoubtedly been the most complicated, more than three months with the shop closed in the middle of the campaign meant that we were almost on the verge of closing the commercial activity.
Thanks to the support of the brand and with hard work, we were able to move forward.
