Interview to the commerce

When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

To be able to provide the customer, not only with furniture, decoration or lamps, but to transmit a passion that made us undertake this type of shop, leaving a little of what was conventional in the area and to advise the public when decorating, personally.

What is the history of your commerce?

We started as a family tradition, but we are always looking to reinvent ourselves within the sector. With this shop for 8 years, it has evolved from the typical flea market in Madrid, to what we present now.
As a curiosity, my husband, who is now my husband, is also dedicated to the same, so the decoration and antiques are part of the family environment.

What is your professional experience?

Positive. I started with the restoration of furniture and objects, I worked in Patrimonio Nacional and when I finished that stage, I was ready to take the leap, to open the shop.
I have always been very enterprising and becoming self-employed, I think it was the best fit for my business concept.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

Its been a tough few months, when we were closed and didnt invoice anything. The costs kept running, until we moved to a phase where we were able to open by appointment, or now that we have returned to a rare normality.
Our enthusiasm and enthusiasm and the loyalty of our customers have been essential.
