Interview to the commerce

When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

A business that includes the workshop where all the parts are manufactured. My team and I have been in the same space for 27 years, we love the neighbourhood and our customers feel comfortable in this peculiar shop. I am proud to be able to show the whole universe of our creativity and manufacturing.

What is your professional experience?

We set up the company in 1995, starting with small jewellery designs which I first sold outside Spain at Barneys Ny and Tokyo - showing my creations every six months since then at the Paris fashion week fair. We sell 70% of our production wholesale internationally and in Spain we maintain our shops with one also in Barcelona. We also sell in multi-brand shops in Spain and in prestigious museums such as the Thyssen Bornemisza and the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. Apart from jewellery I design bigger objects like steel and brass objects, carpets, poufs, candles, fabrics for publishers like Georg Jensen, ferm living, Dac rugs, gancedo, Cerabella, Teixidors...

How has covid 19 affected your business?

We have noticed a drop in face-to-face sales, but we have increased our online sales. International sales have been somewhat reduced and the presence in Spanish shops has been reduced.

What services and products does your business provide?

I design jewellery for women and men under a category of fantasy jewellery - in metals such as silver and metal, combining other materials. We also design a fine line of gold, unique handmade pieces. We also offer a service of recovery and transformation of antique jewellery, giving a personalised service. In our shops we also sell the objects I design for publishers.
