Casa natal de Lina Morgan

The popular actress was born in this neighbourhood, in calle Don Pedro, 4. Her father worked in a tailors shop in calle de Toledo. Ever since she could remember, María de los Ángeles López Segovia (that is... Lina Morgan) walked past the theatre in La Latina, which she would end up buying with her brother José Luis. A plaque on the façade of that building commemorates Linas birth, although the year is wrong: she was born in 1936.
