When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

Perfumería Rosi continues to be a traditional shop that has been faithfully serving its customers for more than 50 years. Throughout this time we have maintained a personalised service in which we have tried to find the perfumes, accessories and beauty treatments that best suit what each customer is looking for, either for themselves or as a gift.
We have always looked for the highest quality and most exclusive products, choosing one by one with great care and affection, thinking of the best for our customers.

What is the history of your commerce?

After opening in the post-war period under the name of Perfumería Salomé, by a chemist who made his own fragrances and sold them in bulk, at the end of the sixties, it was acquired by a hard-working merchant who changed the name to that of his daughter, the current owner.
During the last decades it was part of the prestigious ROSI Perfumeries Group, with shops in the best locations in Madrid:
Goya, Francisco Silvela, Fernández de los Ríos, Fuencarral, Sta. Hortensia, Gran Vía 10 and 30.

What is your professional experience?

Since I was a child I helped my parents as if it were a game in my spare time.
When they grew up I took over the business, taking over the shop on Gran Vía 10 twenty years ago.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

After the closure during the confinement we reopened in June, but the absence of tourists and the noticeable reduction of passers-by have reduced our sales significantly. However, we are grateful for the support of our regular customers who order by telephone or internet, a service that we plan to expand and improve in the coming months.
