When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

We are proud of our personal treatment with the client, and of facing new challenges day by day in the different projects made to measure. We design and produce from a small piece for an individual with specific characteristics, to the complete furniture for a Café or restaurant, always looking to give it a special and close touch.

What is the history of your commerce?

JRR Studio is a small shop/studio where you can find all kinds of design pieces from small tabletop objects to luminaires and custom-made furniture.
All pieces are designed and produced in Madrid in limited editions by designers Juan Ruiz-Rivas and Saveria Casaús.

What is your professional experience?

We started this studio project five years ago, in which we have had the opportunity to work on different projects with national and international companies such as the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum shop, the Misión Cafe in Madrid, the Federal Café in Madrid, the Rebel Café in Lisbon, and the DO Design shop in Madrid, among others, and a lot of private clients.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

Given the state of alarm in recent months, business has been affected by the low or non-existent influx of people in the neighbourhood. Purchases have dropped substantially and orders have been frozen.

What services and products does your business provide?

As mentioned above, we offer all kinds of work related to the design of objects and furniture. From a line of products designed in limited editions, for sale in the shop, to the possibility of making a made-to-measure project with the characteristics that the client needs.
