We deliver the games to your home or you can come and visit us and pick up your order in any of our shops  (Barcelona, Madrid Chamberí, Madrid Pirámides, Sevilla, Valencia and Vitoria). What is the history of your commerce?

Zacatrus was born in a meeting of friends in 2011 and we launched the online shop www.zacatrus.es with Sergio Viteri at the helm. After a few years we opened the shop in Madrid-Chamberí and we saw that in cities like Seville and Valencia there was also a lot of gaming, so we went there and then to Barcelona, Vitoria and in the summer of 2021 we opened in Madrid-Pirámides. Our thing is board games and we love that people play and have a good time, so we will continue to play wherever the strategy takes us ?

How has covid 19 affected your business?

The pandemic meant that our physical shops were closed during the months of total confinement. Our Barcelona shop had been open for a fortnight when the first confinment started.Our online shop worked  normally  and sales increased as playing is a healthy leisure activity  which helped during the months of confinement to cope with the situation.

What services and products does your business provide?

At Zacatrus we are passionate about board games and we prioritise customer service and personalised advice in all our shops. We provide our customers with all the information available on the games we sell through videos, unique content and customer reviews for a better experience.
