When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

What sets us apart is our wide variety of imported products that are hard to find elsewhere, our knowledge of the products and how to use them, and our friendly and cordial service.

Lately, we have also been making a great effort to offer products that go viral on social media, so that Spanish consumers have the opportunity to discover them. Hundreds of videos on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram have been created featuring products sold by us.

What is the history of your commerce?

The franchise in the Chamberí neighborhood has a history spanning more than 20 years. We acquired it in 2016 and have been responsible for modernizing and expanding the product range.

My area of expertise prior to this business was international trade, import/export.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

It hit us hard, and even today we have not managed to recover the business volume we had before the pandemic.

What services and products does your business provide?

Food products mainly from the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

We offer the most well-known and famous products, the ones you usually see in Hollywood movies or your favorite TV shows. The vast majority of our products are candy and snacks, which are the most sought after, but we also have a wide variety of sauces, condiments, cake and pancake mixes, and bagels made in the USA.
