Interview to the commerce

When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

Our passion for the world of flowers and plants led us to fulfil a dream that came true in 1999 and has carried us to where we are today, with the satisfaction of making people happy when they receive our flowers in their daily lives, both in their sweetest and most romantic moments and in their most painful ones, when any comfort is a great emotional help. Flowers are an expression of a feeling that, despite their short-lived nature, linger in people's memories.

What is the history of your commerce?

We opened our shop in 1999, while also carrying out garden and terrace design projects, using the advertising and communication media of the time. After overcoming crises and ups and downs, we moved from Arganzuela to the Chamberí neighbourhood and launched our website in September 2009, which remains active today under the name www.rosasagavanzal.es. We are currently located at Calle Vallehermoso 110 in Madrid, open Monday to Saturday, and offer home delivery service within the city of Madrid.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

After an initial lockdown, once we were able to receive supplies, we opened thanks to our website and were able to offer a great service during the following months, when the public could only buy online and have their purchases delivered to their homes.
