Interview to the commerce

When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

We are dedicated to keeping the illusion of childhood alive with our beautiful reproductions of antique dolls from the late 1800s and our wonderful wooden dolls houses.
We also pass on our knowledge of these subjects in our school.

What is the history of your commerce?

Esmalper was founded in 1977 by Alberto Perez, a fire enamel enthusiast who created an academy to teach this centenary art. Soon other arts related to fire were incorporated, such as porcelain decoration and the reproduction and creation of porcelain dolls, as well as courses in painting Greek icons and oil painting.
Due to the large number of students and demand for material, in 1982 the first shop was opened in Madrid to satisfy this need for materials. Soon we began to build dolls houses and their characters in porcelain, which is what best defines us today.
