The quality of our products and the way we treat our customers.

What is the history of your commerce?

After 9 years working in a chain of multi-brand shops, the company went bankrupt and I started looking for premises to open my own business. In 1995 I found the premises and that was the beginning of my career, so I have now been in business for 25 years.

What is your professional experience?

I have been working for 34 years in commerce and in the same speciality, a multi-brand shop selling handbags, shoes and fashion accessories.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

I had to close for 2 months until they gave us the option to be able to open by appointment first and then in phase 0,5 to be able to open all day.
I am fortunate to be still standing, because I own the premises, I have no employees and the help I applied for was not enough.

What services and products does your business provide?

My products are ,handbags ,shoes, fashion accessories ,thats what we sell ,then we are also Punto Pack, that is ,we receive packages of online purchases from H&M, Zara, Mango......
