When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

To keep a loyal clientele for so many years.

What is the history of your commerce?

Our grandfather Pedro opened this shop 62 years ago (in 1958), with the hope that his daughters would keep it afloat in a beautiful and elegant neighbourhood that was just starting to develop at that time.

At the beginning it was a childrens shoe shop, a home and service shoe shop, shoe and sock repair shop.

Today we are a ladies shoe shop and shoe and leather goods repair shop; and we have expanded into the sale of top quality leather handbags and accessories.

What is your professional experience?

Magüi is an agricultural engineer and when her mother (one of Pedros two daughters) retired she decided to leave her job to dedicate herself to the family business and Kiska decided to take part in the business from the beginning after finishing her studies.
Now we both run the business with the same enthusiasm as our mothers and grandfather did.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

We had to close during the confinement, which was detrimental to our ability to sell shoes and bags for weddings, communions and planned events and resulted in considerable losses.

What services and products does your business provide?

Our customer service is personalised and exquisite, as customer satisfaction is a priority for us.
Our shoes are very comfortable, elegant and ideal, and our leather bags are of the highest quality.
We work with all types of leather accessories and we have not neglected the repair of footwear and accessories.
