As a florist in Madrid, we are known for our friendly service and work closely with the client to achieve the best result. Whether it is a simple bouquet of flowers or a large floral decoration project, we take care of the quality of the raw material, our work, the service and the environment, working in the most sustainable way possible.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

Since the beginning of the pandemic, the business model has changed and we now work much more online and by telephone order.
We have lost many regular clients who have had to close or reconvert and adjust costs. Corporate events are very rare and are becoming much more exclusive and sensory experiences. However, more attention is being paid to personal relationships and people have wanted to send messages of congratulations, encouragement, condolences or congratulations in the form of flowers. They have been and are a very important way of communicating.
We have also seen an increase in sales for our own consumption as we spend much more time at home.
