When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

If theres one thing we like at indi & cold, its the natural lifestyle and thats what we capture in every collection. Under the creative direction of Cristina Villar, the brand is a reflection of her style. An ultra feminine shabby chic, with a retro touch and above all, very natural.

We love that our garments have durability and quality. We like the idea of bringing a conscious vision to fashion, slowing down and continuing to work as we have done so far, step by step and with awareness. Creating quality garments, with noble materials and through a transparent production that helps everyone involved in the process. Because we care a lot about the future of the planet and the world we will leave to our children.

What is the history of your commerce?

San Sebastian, 1991.

It has been 29 years since Diego and Gonzalo Santaolalla started their own journey in the world of fashion.

indi & cold is the result of many years of experience and adventures in this sector. The brand was born in 2012 after the merger of the firms Indiwoman and Cold Alaska.

It was at that moment when Cristina Villar, Gonzalos wife, became the third member of this team. After a long professional career in the fashion world, she joined the project leading the Creative Direction of the brand.

A brand that, despite the fact that today it has a team of more than 100 people, 98% of whom are women, continues to be a big family.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

Like the other shops in the area, COVID19 has affected us negatively. The influx of people has decreased, as well as the needs of our customers. The good thing is that our customers are still loyal to the brand and have not stopped being interested in our collections either by coming to the shop, by phone or through our online sales.

In addition, little by little the influx of people is increasing and customers who enter our shop feel completely safe because we take all the necessary health measures to have a totally safe experience in front of COVID 19.
