What is the history of your commerce?

We began our adventure in the neighbourhood in December 2019 with all the love and enthusiasm in the world, backed by our product, awarded as the best ham in the world, and offering an alternative to the existing establishments in the neighbourhood.

What is your professional experience?

Our staff has a wide professional experience, all our workers are hoteliers with more than 10 years of experience and in love with our work.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

Three months after opening our business we were forced to close due to the Covid health alert and when we resumed our activity we did so with all the enthusiasm and affection we had on the very day we opened.

What services and products does your business provide?

Our shop has a direct sale of gourmet articles specialising in Iberian hams from Guijuelo, Salamanca. We also complete our gastronomic offer with a kitchen that serves the restaurant area specialising in all types of top quality Iberian meats.
