Interview to the commerce

When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

- Love:
Love for what we do and how we do it.
Why are our mothers croquettes so delicious? Because there is a lot of love in her recipe.
- Mindfulness and conscious listening:
We take a deep breath, we find ourselves .... and into the arena !!!!. It is as important to listen to our surroundings as it is to listen to ourselves.
- Gratitude:
Thank you for this opportunity to grow together, to read and write these lines, to be part of this family.
- Empathy:
The ability to recognise in others our own attitudes is a divine gift.
- Enjoyment:
If you make your work enjoyable, you will not have to work a single day of your life.

Interview to the commerce

What is the history of your commerce?

In 1974 Manolo and Mari Mar began to write history. The beginnings were difficult but the strength, faith and enthusiasm of our parents made it possible to build what we know today, a family of three beautiful shops and an interior design studio. Decoration, fashion, childrens games and gift items in general are our forte. We love to buy and sell and we do it with our own style which, thanks to so many years of work, is recognised inside and outside Cantabria.
Maria José, Isabel, Juan and Sergio lead this project, together with twelve other members (Raquel, Elena, Zaida, Ana, Puerto, Tatiana, Noelia, Lucia, Pedro, Mónica, Pilar and Samuel).
Backed by a great team, a firm structure and our capacity to imagine and work, we started our project in Madrid two years ago.
As our friend Ainara Bezanilla says:
Something has to change for everything to stay the same....
