When you think about your business, what are you most proud of?

We are proud of the selection of brands and garments within each brand, of the personalised and exquisite service we offer to customers both personally in the physical shop sales and in the advice and after-sales service in e-commerce.

What is the history of your commerce?

SPEZIAL opened its doors in May 2015 in the traditional Chamberí neighbourhood, the cradle of Madrids cultural and social tradition.

Located at 4 Benito Gutiérrez Street, 20 metres from Princesa Street.

Minimalist decoration, giving total prominence to the product and offering our customers a professional and close treatment, advising customers based on their needs and concerns, paying special attention to the composition and materials used in each garment and taking care of the image of each brand, respecting its essence and history.

SPEZIAL opens a relaxed, pleasant, stress-free atmosphere, which allows the customer to enjoy shopping while listening to the best current music, along with the classics of all times together with the trends that represent our space, and receive the best professional advice and personal treatment.

A space where you can see iconic and legendary garments from brands that we love, that we feel as our own, with history, together with new innovative brands, all of them with a common denominator: quality, exclusivity, distinction and sophistication.

Our space disjets the concept of casual fashion, aimed at people who want to be presentable, elegant and attractive, with brands of the highest quality, versatility and design, allowing them to adapt to different situations.

What is your professional experience?

The SPEZIAL project is the result of our extensive experience in the fashion world with more than 10 years working in different shops and specialised boutiques, as well as numerous collaborations with music and film productions.

How has covid 19 affected your business?

It has had a negative impact on traditional physical in-store sales as customers shopping habits have changed.
